Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Items must be returned in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required.

As our products are made-to-order, we currently do not accept returns for:

• incorrect size selection
• change of mind
• slight color variation caused by screen settings

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos of the issue.

Once your return is approved and inspected, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
